Private Hire 

All the vehicles under the control of the Southampton & District Transport Heritage Trust are only used within the Trust or for rallies and free bus services in connection with community and heritage events.

We are prevented by law to operate them for "hire or reward". This is strictly disallowed by the regulations in the UK.

There are firms involved in the operation of classic buses for hire including Romeround, Bournemouth (http://www.romeround.co.uk).
