Date into service: 1st December 1964

Delivered during November 1964 bearing the registration number 361 HCR but changed to BTR 361B before entering service. One of thirty identical buses with a 27ft. 6" chassis and a four speed manual gearbox. Withdrawn from service in July 1979 and preserved by members of Solent Transport Trust immediately. For several years it operated free services around Portsmouth in association with City of Portsmouth Preserved Transport Depot, it is now kept securely in Hampshire by its current owner who has owed it since 2011.

A similar vehicle well known in preservation for many years former SCT No. 350 is owned by a S&DTHT member after he rescued it from France. It is kept securely undercover in Hampshire and is in pristine condition.
