Alton Bus Rally & Running Day is back again in 2026

At HSDC Alton College on Sunday 19th July 2026 from 10am to 4pm

Venue

      •  Alton College.

      •  All weather venue on hard standing with shade from sun and shelter from rain.

      •  Comes complete with Bus Station.

 

Format

      •  Display of Buses and Coaches from a variety of eras and operating areas.

      •  Network of FREE bus services.

      •  Sales stands, catering outlets and toilets on site.

      •  Entry to the event is FREE.

The 2025 event

 

A fantastic selection of buses and coaches attended the event at Alton College on Sunday 20th July 2025, along with a wide variety of sales stands and catering outlets. A big thank you to everyone who attended and supported the event, especially all the vehicle owners who brought along a bus or coach. We hope you enjoyed the event and had a good day despite the weather doing its best to put a dampener on proceedings. Unfortunately, the wet weather put off a number of visitors and vehicle exhibits from attending. Fortunately, for those that did attend the site is on hard standing and has areas under cover for visitors to shelter from the rain.

 

We're pleased to report that the tweaks we made after the trial new style event in 2024 resolved the majority of the issues that became apparent that day and resulted in things running much smoother this year.

 

We look forward to seeing you at the next Alton Bus Rally & Running Day on Sunday 19th July 2026. In the meantime, keep an eye on our website and social media pages for updates.
